TSP Game Plan 2025 Recap: The End of an Era, The Start of a New Legacy

TSP Gameplan 2025 recap of the final conference

After a decade of transformation, growth, and impact, Lamar and Ronnie Tyler, the visionary founders of Tyler New Media and Traffic Sales and Profit (TSP), officially closed a remarkable chapter on their annual TSP GAME PLAN conference. The event, held every January, has been a go-to destination for Black entrepreneurs seeking actionable strategies to scale their businesses. Designed as a hands-on, three-day workshop, TSP Game Plan focused on four key areas—People, Projects, Products, and Profit—ensuring that attendees left with a clear roadmap for success.

The final TSP Game Plan in 2025 was no exception. With a powerhouse lineup of speakers, deep-dive strategy sessions, and groundbreaking insights, the event delivered the high-energy, results-driven experience that has made it legendary. Business owners from all walks of life, whether in service, product-based businesses, brick-and-mortar, or e-commerce, walked away empowered to dominate the year ahead.

Before the main event began, Mastermind Day set the tone for an elite group of TSP Mastermind and TSP Collaborative members. This exclusive gathering featured deep-dive sessions led by business and culture leaders, including Freddie Taylor (Urban Intellectuals), Brandy Woods (Childcare Millionaires), Erica Jordan Thomas (EJT Consulting), Ariel Fuller (Dunamis Woman), Shenique Sparks (Let Sparks Fly), and event sponsor Tyler Garns (Principal Solution Architect, KEAP). Attendees gained insider strategies and high-level mentorship, positioning them for an accelerated year of growth.

The first full day of the conference was a reality check mixed with clarity and inspiration.

Lamar Tyler’s Lever-Driven System Framework

The day kicked off with Lamar introducing his Lever-Driven System Framework, a clear blueprint for accelerating business growth in 2025. His insights laid the foundation for attendees to scale their businesses faster and smarter. He gave an amazing strategy for business owners to implement upsells and intensives into their business as a quarterly cashflow injection. Lamar showcased his generosity by giving away his new book, “Hidden Revenue” to all of the attendees!

Vusi Thembekwayo: Becoming the Composer of Your Business

World-renowned investor and business leader Vusi Thembekwayo took the stage with an electrifying keynote on elevating leadership and commanding business growth. In a fireside chat with Lamar, Vusi shared his personal journey, the mindset shifts needed for success, and how entrepreneurs can move from operators to orchestrators in their businesses.

During the Q&A session, Vusi delivered profound insights:

“Scaling is not about being perfect at that next level. It’s about being as gracious with your imperfections as you go to the next level… Just get to the next level, you’ll figure out how to get perfect later.”

He also emphasized the power of value chains over competition, stating:

“Businesses don’t compete with businesses. Value chains compete with value chains. If you’re thinking about expanding, the real question is, who do I need and what do I need in my value chain?”

If there was one session that shifted the room, it was TSP Coach Jamal Vallair with his powerful message, “The Mindset Advantage: Conquer the Blocks That Sabotage Your 2025 Growth Before They Start.”  He shared his dynamic story of transformation. Coach Jamal went from sitting on his gifts to being mentored by none other than Les Brown!

Attendees left with renewed clarity, breakthrough moments, and a mindset ready for fearless execution.

The night ended with TSP After Dark, a high-energy session featuring hot seat coaching, expert Q&A, and an open discussion of attendees’ biggest takeaways. A panel of six-figure business owners, including Emem Washington (Lead Speak & Impact) and Lawrence Nelson (NuWave Automation), shared their journeys and lessons in scaling successful businesses.

Day Two took the momentum even higher with powerful keynotes and deep-dive strategy sessions.

Janice Bryant Howroyd: Billion-Dollar Wisdom

Janice Bryant Howroyd is the Chief executive officer of The ActOne Group, the largest privately held, minority-woman-owned personnel company founded in the U.S. The audience was filled with anticipation to hear from the first African-American woman to build and own a billion dollar company. Howroyd held nothing back during the panel discussion with Lamar, sharing her journey from humble beginnings in Tarboro, North Carolina, to building a multibillion-dollar enterprise. She emphasized the importance of faith, resilience, and embracing challenges as stepping stones to success. Reflecting on her experiences as one of the first Black students to integrate her school, she highlighted how adversity strengthened her resolve in business and life. Howroyd also outlined key principles for scaling a business, including setting clear intentions, understanding market opportunities, and surrounding oneself with a strong team. She introduced the “Four Cs of Contracting” – Commitment, Cost, Control, and Communication – as essential for sustaining and growing a company. Additionally, she encouraged Black entrepreneurs to think globally, recognizing that today’s businesses are born into a competitive, international market.

The final day of TSP Game Plan 2025 was bittersweet, but full of valuable teachings and giveback!

The morning kicked-off with TSP Co-founder Ronnie Tyler, a master project manager and launch expert, who presented “The Process Lever: How to Systematize Your Business and Free Yourself from the Grind” helping attendees to define and refine their key business processes for greater efficiency and system flow in their companies.

Following Ronnie was TSP Director of Operations, Doreen Rainey, who held an insightful talk on “How the Right Partnerships Multiply Your Success;” Ace Chapman, a mergers and acquisitions guru who walked through “How Acquisitions Can Instantly Grow Your Business;” and TSP Coach Becky A. Davis who delivered “The Training Formula: Build a Team that Works Harder, Smarter and Better.”

One of the greatest highlights of Day Three Game Plan was the giveback! Every year, Lamar and Ronnie extend an opportunity for conference-goers to purchase a full video replay of the event and 100% of the proceeds are donated to a nonprofit that is doing great work in the Black community.

This year’s recipient was the Black and Missing Foundation, whose mission is to bring awareness to missing persons of color, provide vital resources and tools to the families and friends of missing persons, and educate the minority community on personal safety. Thanks to the funds raised by the TSP Game Plan audience, Lamar + Ronnie were able to present the organization with a generous donation of $42,621! Be sure to check out the upcoming TSP Live conference in June 2025! Already deemed the “ULTIMATE HOMECOMING CELEBRATION,” TSP LIVE 2025 will welcome to the stage TSP Alums who sat in TSP conference seats to learn how to grow and scale their businesses and have now become world-renowned millionaires with game-changing brands!

Take the Limits Off of God

Many of us are blocking that blessing. I am including myself in that equation. Because we limit God on what he wants to do for us. We limit God in how He wants to protect us. We limit God when allowing Him to love us. We limit God on how he wants to meet every one of our needs. We set such a low bar for God to achieve. We put a limit on God. Take the limits off. Take the restraints off God. Remove the strongholds. Stop limiting it to one window and dream of WINDOWS!

The Greatest Gift of All

Christmas is not about the gifts under the tree. It is not about making lists for Santa, a man in a red suit who rides around in a sleigh driven by reindeer. It is not about Christmas Cards and potlucks and such. It’s not about buying a Christmas tree and hanging stockings by the fireplace. It is about the birth of Christ.
