Sarah Busby, the founder of B the Buzz Agency, has emerged as a powerhouse in the world of public relations, guiding brands to new heights of visibility and influence. But her journey into the industry wasn’t part of her original plan. In fact, Sarah’s entry into PR was born out of rejection. “I never originally planned on starting a business,” she recalls. After several failed attempts to secure a position in the TV news industry, Sarah and a college friend decided to take control of their futures by launching their own companies. “Denial and rejection sparked the idea and drive behind launching the firm,” she says. What started as a response to rejection has since evolved into a mission with purpose.
