Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on digital magazine purchases or digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products:

For physical products (such as print magazines or merchandise), we offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [customer service email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
