Hello! My name is Charrisa T. I am the Visionary of iTeach iCoach LLC where I have been called to educate, equip, empower, and encourage. I am on a mission to help those walk in their fullest potential. I’m known for wearing many hats but you can catch me tutoring kings and queens in grades PreK-6, designing flyers and/or websites, or maybe empowering others to walk in their God-given purpose through coaching and mentoring.
I am a native of Bessemer, Al, and a product of the Bessemer City Schools System. I am a graduate of The Alabama State University where I majored in Elementary Education and have been in the education field for the last 19+ years. I am also the author of three bestselling self-published books and coach others who aspire to publish their very own book. I had the privilege to be featured on many blogs and my most recent one was with Glambitious Brand in March 2023. I am also a contributing writer for The Women of Hope Magazine. I wear MANY hats but consider myself as just a vessel God can use!
Tell us about your upcoming masterclass:
The “You’re Worth It” Masterclass is a 3-day virtual masterclass where entrepreneurs can learn how to recognize their true value and boost their self-confidence when it comes to pricing their products and communicating their prices. This class is for anyone who feels like you’ve been lowballing yourself when it comes to selling your products. If you feel like you’re not reaching the financial goals of your business or have the wrong view about money as a kingdompreneur. We have three guest speakers for this event. Coach Dorcas Pittman will share the importance of knowing your identity as a business owner. Coach Lillie Mae will discuss the importance of charging with confidence. Minister Leticia Dyess will chat about business banking and more. This is a masterclass in which we help entrepreneurs break cycles and accomplish their business goals.

In what other ways do you plan for your business to positively impact others this season?
I have hosted an event called “The Roundtable” here in the greater Birmingham area where entrepreneurs come together and network with other local entrepreneurs. We discuss things such as marketing, business planning, faith, strategy, and much more. The next event is currently being planned and set to be held on September 21st. This event is an in-person event that happens three times a year. We recently had a pop-up shop in April 2024 where entrepreneurs not only got to shop with others but share their businesses as well.
